Maintenance Sales ManagerLocation: Onsite in Englewood, COPay: $125-150k base plus uncapped commissionsFirst year On Target Earnings: $250k+ Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Sales Manager to grow recurring revenue by selling maintenance and service agreements for HVAC and facilities systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong outside sales skills with technical understanding of maintenance and facilities operations, and will be responsible for leading lead generation efforts, managing a small sales team, and closing B2B contracts with new and existing customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a territory sales plan to generate leads and close new business for maintenance and service agreements across commercial and industrial accounts.Prospect, cold call, and qualify leads through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships to build a strong sales pipeline.Conduct on-site assessments and proposals for HVAC, facilities, and building systems maintenance to recommend appropriate service solutions and agreement levels.Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact, proposal development, negotiation, to contract signing and handoff to service operations.Drive outside sales activity with regular field visits, client presentations, and relationship-building with facility managers, property owners, and procurement teams.Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate scope of work, pricing, and timely service delivery under maintenance agreements.Lead, mentor, and coach a small sales team or field service reps; set targets, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans.Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and forecast revenue; use CRM to maintain customer records and manage opportunities.Develop pricing strategies and agreement structures that balance customer value with company profitability.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and local business groups to build brand awareness and generate referrals.Qualifications5+ years of outside sales experience in B2B sales. Industry experience with physical services, facilities, HVAC, maintenance or selling contracts or agreements. Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, new business development, and closing long-term service contracts.Experience managing salespeople or field staff, with the ability to set targets, coach performance, and build a high-performing team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to interact with C-level and facilities management stakeholders.Proficiency with CRM systems and sales forecasting; data-driven approach to managing pipeline and reporting.Self-motivated, results-oriented, comfortable working in the field and traveling frequently within the territory.Benefits- Medical, Dental, Vision- 401k w/ match- Annual bonus- Monthly vehicle allowance - PTO/holiday pay- Gym reimbursement- Relocation if necessary!
