M3 Mechanical is growing and looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We specialize in multi-family housing, commercial service, and replacement work throughout Colorado Front Range.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Service split systems, package units, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, mini-splits, and water source heat pumps
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Communicate findings clearly with property managers and customers
• Complete digital service reports with photos and documentation
• Recommend repairs and replacement options when appropriate
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule

Primary Work Environment

• Multi-family apartment communities
• Commercial facilities
• Property management clients

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and communication
• Experience using mobile apps and digital work orders

• Electrical troubleshooting
• Refrigeration diagnostics
