Junior Loan Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Loan Officer to join our mortgage brokerage. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in banking and financial services, with experience in loan origination and processing. This role requires the ability to work efficiently with clients to meet their mortgage needs. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their mortgage inquiries. Pre-Approve potential clients. Handle Email, Calls and Text Message campaigns to prospective clients. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using software. Pre approve clients with a series of 5 questions. Collaborate with other bankers to ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and record management. Qualifications Previous experience in mortgage experience is a plus but not required. Good People Skills. Sales experience is preferred but not required . Proficiency with a computer and phone. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
