QSR Restaurant Area Manager / District Manager

Description NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a dedicated QSR Restaurant Area Manager / District Manager to join our team in New Haven. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the fast-paced restaurant industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations across your district, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. You will collaborate closely with restaurant managers to implement strategies that enhance efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction while fostering a positive team culture. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations within the district Drive sales growth and profitability through effective management practices Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant management teams Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and provide feedback Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve financial performance Ensure exceptional customer service and quality standards are met Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local promotions and initiatives Requirements Proven experience as a District Manager or Area Manager in the restaurant industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and management Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations Ability to travel between locations as needed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr NextGen Hospitality Solutions
