Staff Assistant II Provides assistance in delivering exceptional customer service in a busy Student Mental Health clinic and Behavioral Health Clinic serving the Harvard community. Serves as the primary contact with patients and provides general administrative support for clinicians and psychiatrists on the team. Duties include: greeting and assisting patients at the clinic’s front desk, answering the clinic's telephones and routing messages to providers, scheduling and confirming appointments, coordinating referrals, processing incoming and outgoing clinical correspondence, maintaining files, processing and tracking outside referrals, and managing patient flow. Perform other related duties as needed.
Location: 100% on campus Key Qualifications: Experience working in a hospital or medical office environment Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars, Comfortable answering and directing phone calls, Strong customer service and communication skills, Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting Additional Requirements: I-9 & 3-reference screening
