Principal Construction Scheduler

Role Description

The Principal Scheduler is responsible for leading the review, analysis, and governance of General Contractors’ schedules, providing comprehensive oversight of schedule health and risk across multiple projects or campuses. This role partners closely with NTT’s Construction Leadership and General Contractors to enforce scheduling standards, drive consistency in schedule development and reporting, and ensure accountability to contractual and organizational requirements.

• Provide advanced analysis of schedule performance and delay impacts.
• Deliver high-level, data-driven insights to executive stakeholders.
• Lead the development and implementation of standardized as-built data collection processes.

Qualifications

• Fully versed in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling requirements for construction projects.
• Proficient in Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project (MSP) scheduling software.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience reviewing Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) and recovery schedules.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction scheduling.
• Experience with Data Center construction projects is required.
