What You Bring (Requirements)

• Current LPN and or Health Unit licensure in MN
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow care plans and resident orders
• Long-term care experience (preferred)

What You’ll Be Responsible For * Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility * Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person-centered care * Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care * Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards About Us The Rochester Rehab & Living Center is a welcoming community located on The Homestead at Rochester campus.
