Administrative Assistant True Focus Hospitality Group is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate person. Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered promptly. Greet visitors and applicants in a friendly and professional manner. Monitor and respond to company emails. Draft letters, emails, and other business documents. Organize and maintain office files and paperwork. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings. Support managers with administrative tasks as assigned. Keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently. Assist with onboarding paperwork and general office support. Qualifications Applicants must meet the following requirements: High school diploma or GED. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional phone etiquette. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Comfortable using email and learning new computer programs. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work. Reliable transportation. Dependable with excellent attendance. Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in an office, administrative, receptionist, or customer service role. Experience with Google Workspace is a plus. Experience with payroll, scheduling, or HR paperwork is a plus. What We Offer Starting pay of $14.00 per hour. Monday through Friday schedule (if applicable).
