Job Title RN – Medical Surgical (Night Shift) Location Salmon, ID | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Night Shift | Onsite Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with hospital policies, making nursing decisions within the scope of licensure Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy per physician orders; monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress, reporting changes promptly Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate care plans Assist with post-operative recovery, chronic illness management, and acute care interventions; respond to emergencies as needed Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health management Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EMR) and ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards Required Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Idaho or an approved compact state Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon hire Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within one year of hire Graduate of an approved School of Nursing Ability to work weekends, holidays, and shift rotations as needed Preferred Experience / Skills Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Experience orienting or mentoring new nursing staff Why Join Us Opportunity to serve as a professional role model and clinical resource within a collaborative, patient-centered care environment Supportive setting that encourages ongoing professional growth, development, and continuing education About Concentric Healthcare Staffing Founded and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Concentric Healthcare Staffing specializes in healthcare employment with an emphasis in nursing and allied health.
