The Opportunity
EY-Parthenon’s unique combination of transformative strategy, transactions and corporate finance delivers real-world value – solutions that work in practice, not just on paper. Deal Management – Health works on the most complex and high-profile global transactions, across a broad portfolio of clients and industry sectors. We are a group of experienced industry professionals with a background in operations who are serial transaction advisers, which enables us to bring a wealth of deep sector and functional knowledge to our clients. As a team, we prepare and execute separation and integration plans, identify ideas and sources of value enhancement, as well as advise on risk mitigation and the successful change of operations, functions and people.

We value both experiences across the merger lifecycle and within the health care industry with a candidate having a strong desire to help healthcare clients on a range of challenging and greenfield engagements: partnership strategy and selection, board facilitation, Day 1/Day 100 planning, post-merger integration synergies and carve-outs / activations. Individuals with an interest in joining the Deal Management - Health practice ideally have years of consulting experience, an ability to facilitate difficult conversations with junior and senior executives and Boards and deep knowledge regarding transactions involving clients who have a current health care capability or are looking to grow, partner or acquire one.
