Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your role encompasses a variety of essential functions to support our pediatric clients:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and families.

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that each child's unique goals and needs are addressed.

• Monitor and document outcomes, continuously assessing the effectiveness of intervention strategies.

• Provide direct support and guidance to families, helping them navigate challenges and access resources for their child's development.

• Administer evaluations and therapeutic approaches in compliance with all federal and state regulations.

• Forge strong relationships with children, families, and team members to create a supportive and effective learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children from birth to age three who present with developmental delays or disabilities. This population requires sensitive and adaptable approaches, as you work to build trust and rapport with both child and family. You will play a pivotal role in facilitating early intervention strategies that set the foundation for their future growth and learning.

Qualifications\n

We are seeking a qualified candidate who meets the following criteria:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license to facilitate potential in-home visits when needed.
\n
• Demonstrated commitment to adapting treatment approaches based on the individual learning styles of children.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of direct experience working with children in early intervention is required, candidates with experience in community health settings and knowledge of Natural Learning Environment Practices will be viewed favorably. Your capabilities in engaging with multidisciplinary teams and navigating family dynamics will greatly enhance your success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
