Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) as necessary, to create individualized care plans that culturally acknowledge and respond to each patient's needs.

  Continually monitor client progress through regular assessments and provide actionable interventions to support treatment goals.

  Prepare and maintain clinical documentation, treatment records, and reports punctually using our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  Collaborate closely with clients and their support networks to establish comprehensive treatment objectives based on specific needs and desired outcomes, ensuring an inclusive and participatory approach to care.

  Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and agencies to facilitate referrals and interdisciplinary collaboration that enhances individual treatment plans.

  Provide educational mentorship to students and interns in the field, fostering professional growth while supporting their practical training experiences.

  Engage in peer review, clinical collaboration, coaching, and mentoring activities as directed by your clinical supervisor to promote team cohesion and development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients presenting various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Our clinic services individuals ranging from children to adults, catering to culturally diverse populations and addressing specialized needs as they arise.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  A valid and current LCSW license within the state of California.

  Demonstrated ability to navigate emotional and physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds when needed.

  Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and compliance with health regulations in clinical settings.

  A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a mental health counseling or social work environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
