Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
Location: Moraine, Ohio 45439
Experience: 2+ years in a shipping/receiving role; capable of using a pallet jack

Shipping & Receiving Clerk - Position Overview
As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you won't just be moving boxes — you'll be the critical hub of the warehouse floor! You will manage incoming inventory, prepare outgoing shipments, verify documentation, and ensure local and national shipments stay right on schedule.
Shipping & Receiving Clerk - Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Receive, unpack, inspect, and verify incoming freight against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Order Preparation: Safely package, label, and stage finished goods for freight and small-parcel transit (UPS, FedEx, LTL).
- Material Handling: Safely operate a pallet jack to stage materials and load/unload trucks.
- Inventory Tracking: Record incoming/outgoing shipments into the inventory management system with high accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse leads, customer service, and delivery carriers to resolve any shipping discrepancies quickly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse logistics.
- Equipment: Previous experience operating a pallet jack.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer proficiency for data entry, printing bills of lading (BOLs), and printing shipping labels.
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift.
- Mindset: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a safety-first mindset.
