Shipping Assistant

We are seeking a Shipping Assistant for our growing team! This position is a full time position at our Irvington, NY office. You will work closely with the entire Operations team to ensure orders from our DTC website are carefully picked and packed with care. Your role will oversee order fulfillment and carrier operations. Position Overview: Full-Time Position: Mon-Fri 9AM-530PM On-site in our Irvington, NY office You will be standing most of the day packing orders Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack orders Replenish inventory and assist in inventory cycle counts as needed Work the daily order queue; prioritize by ship-by date / SLA Pick, pack, generate labels, and schedule/hand off carrier pickups Own the shipping software setup, label printing, and carrier portal configs Enforce daily cutoff times and same-day ship targets First point of contact for carrier pickup problems and opportunities Keep the fulfillment SOP current Maintain an organized shipping area and workflow Support overall business with goal tracking and reporting Our Ideal Candidate: You’re someone who is jewelry obsessed! 1 year fulfillment/shipping experience Organized and Reliable Ability to work independently Meticulous attention to detail Ability to be both a self-starter and a team player, multitask and thrive in a fast environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
