Location: Lexington, Kentucky (Local travel in Lexington only) Overview A boutique general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Work includes higher education and healthcare environments with a mix of renovation and ground up projects. Key Responsibilities Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project financials Build and maintain strong client, architect, and consultant relationships Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams to drive project success Identify and resolve project risks while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule goals are met Qualifications 3+ years as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, subcontract management, and project financials Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ideal Background Commercial, institutional, higher education, or healthcare construction Experience leading renovations and/or ground-up projects Strong preconstruction and client-facing experience Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project teams If interested please apply below or send resumes to View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Richard, Wayne & Roberts
