Job Title: Commercial Construction Project Manager Company: Pro Commercial Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 per year, plus performance and year-end bonuses plus $5,000 sign on bonus Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Huxley, IA Industry: General Construction (Commercial) Job Overview Pro Commercial is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role oversees scope, budget, schedule, subcontractor performance, and internal coordination. You will work directly with ownership-level leadership and have the authority to manage field teams, enforce standards, and drive project outcomes. Learn more at Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of project delivery including scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination Lead project meetings, provide clear communication to field staff and stakeholders Guide and delegate tasks to Project Engineers and Project Coordinators Ensure compliance with all project specs, blueprints, company protocols, and client requirements Build strong relationships with clients by managing expectations and addressing issues proactively Complete company and owner documentation thoroughly and on time Support bid generation, procurement, and subcontractor coordination Travel occasionally for jobsite walks and key project milestones Qualifications 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management (5+ years preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Experience in new builds, remodels, or institutional/commercial projects preferred Valid driver’s license required Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with UDA Construction software is a plus High school diploma or GED required (degree in construction management preferred) Benefits Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, vision, HSA, life and disability insurance Work-Life Balance: Paid time off (vacation, sick, holidays), relocation assistance, per diem for travel projects Career Development: Paid certifications, mentorship, tool replacement program, tech package (smartphone or tablet) Compensation: Retirement plan, bi-weekly pay cycle, annual discretionary bonus program, $5,000 sign on bonus Perks: Company vehicle, mileage reimbursement, company events, employee rewards Schedule Full-time, Monday to Friday Primarily office-based with some travel required Location Office located in Huxley, IA Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
