About the job Franchise Development Assistant Manager Reports To: Business Development Manager Job Type: Full Time Employee Department: Business Development Team Summary JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to the following: Responsibilities Promoting business development opportunities Contacting potential clients through Cold Calls and emails Presenting our brand to potential clients Finding and developing new markets and improving brand awareness Building long-term trusting relationships with clients Reporting to the Franchise development senior manager on (Weekly/Monthly) development processes and result Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field. Experience in F&B sales, marketing or related field. a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience RECRUITING and ACTIVATING multi-unit franchisee candidates (preferably franchisees whove signed up for 5 25 units) REQUIREMENT: 3 to 5 years experience working in a restaurant franchise system, preferably driving rapid growth and across multiple U.S. markets REQUIREMENT: proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or FranConnect, preferably as the lead business user or power user Active participation in franchising organizations and conferences: IFA, FLDC, MUFC, etc. Proven track record of building and nurturing networks of potential franchisees Expert understanding of franchising regulations and documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr DHD Consulting
