ResponsibilitiesOversee daily sales operations while ensuring our service standards remain high for every policyholder.
Mentor and support our sales staff, helping them refine their outreach and client consultation skills.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our reach throughout Maryland.
Cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and insurance carriers.
Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and refine our agency's approach.
Ensure all insurance programs are compliant with state regulations and company policies.
RequirementsActive Maryland Property and Casualty Producer license.
Proven track record of managing insurance portfolios or agency operations.
Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage.
Strong ability to coach and lead sales professionals toward growth targets.
Demonstrated proficiency in building professional networks within the Rockville community.
Advanced knowledge of insurance carrier underwriting guidelines and agency management systems.
