Job Title: HR Generalist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a HR Generalist to join our client to support key employee experience initiatives and day to day human resources operations. This remote temporary opportunity is based out of Wayne, PA and requires candidates to work within the EST time zone. The HR Generalist will serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers while helping ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and a positive workplace experience. This role offers broad exposure across onboarding, leave administration, employee relations, benefits, and HR support functions.
Compensation:
$26 to $28 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:

• Support the full onboarding process for new employees, helping create a smooth transition into the organization while maintaining accurate employment documentation.
• Serve as a resource for employees and managers by addressing HR related questions, interpreting policies, and providing guidance on workplace matters.
• Oversee leave administration activities, including tracking requests, coordinating documentation, and assisting with accommodation and compliance processes.
• Partner with payroll, benefits, and other internal teams to resolve employee inquiries, support HR programs, and maintain efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations through record management, reporting, audit support, and participation in departmental initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications and Skills for the HR Generalist:

• Previous experience in a Human Resources role with exposure to employee support, onboarding, and HR operations.
• Working knowledge of leave administration processes, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, parental leave, and related employment regulations.
• Ability to interpret policies, address employee concerns professionally, and collaborate effectively with managers and cross functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records, manage competing priorities, and handle confidential information appropriately.
• Experience supporting benefits administration, payroll coordination, compliance activities, or HR reporting is highly valued.
