Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials valid for Missouri schools
• Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage and serve a diverse K-12 caseload
• Skilled in communication, documentation, and collaboration with staff and families
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver therapy services directly to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Document services, write evaluation reports, and contribute to team meetings
• Equip students with life skills and adaptive strategies for learning success
