About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Technology Investment Banking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of M&A and strategic advisory transactions, managing the day-to-day deal processes, and overseeing various financial and marketing activities related to the transactions. This role also involves serving as a key point of contact for clients, private equity sponsors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders, as well as mentoring and developing junior bankers. The ideal candidate should have 5-8+ years of investment banking experience, with a preference for those with a background in technology investment banking or strong sector-relevant M&A experience. Applicants for the Vice President position in the Technology Investment Banking team at the company should possess advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, and have a proven track record of leading live transaction execution. Strong communication, client management capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment are essential. The role also requires the candidate to support business development initiatives and contribute to client relationship management. A collaborative team culture is highly valued, and the candidate should be prepared to contribute to this dynamic while driving the success of the team.
