Application Deadline 23 June 2026 Department Human Resources Location New York Office Compensation $38.46 / hour Legal Recruitment Specialist We’re currently seeking a full-time Legal Recruitment Specialist with experience managing Lateral Attorney recruitment to support on our HR team and growing firm. The ideal candidate is one who has experience with full-cycle attorney recruitment and utilizing recruitment strategies and methods. This is a perfect opportunity for a hard worker who is interested in a friendly yet fast‑paced environment. Must have Attorney recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities Recruitment for Lateral Attorney. Use of a variety of search methods (i.e. Search firms, internal referrals, online research) Review resumes and conduct initial screenings with candidates where appropriate. Review applicant submissions through the ATS process. Schedule interviews, gather feedback and report on metrics. Assist with offer approval process working with the Head of HR on terms. Prepare regular status updates and report to the Head of HR findings.
