Fertility Nurse Case Manager

Fertility Nurse Case Manager – Shady Grove Fertility, Katy, Texas Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with weekend and holiday rotations in Clear Lake and Webster, Texas. 1–2 weekend rotations scheduled every 6–8 weeks. Responsibilities Assist with coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients. Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education. Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Qualifications and Skills Registered Nurse required; BSN preferred. Current state RN license without limitations required. IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred. Ability to manage a caseload of patients. Computer proficiency required. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
