Overview

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for children and families in the foster care system whose needs may extend to child with Intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. This position is responsible for providing both direct and indirect behavior analysis and behavioral programming services to clients. Responsibilities include the development of an individualized behavioral program and master treatment plan for all assigned clients. This role will work within a multidisciplinary team to review the client's treatment, goals, progress and future needs.

 

Position Details:

Pay Range: Starts at $18.50 - $21.91 / hr (Rate is based on relevant education and experience.)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 

Location: Covering Hillsborough, Pinellas and Polk counties

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in the field of behavior analysis, mental health, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or a human services field required
• Behavior Analyst Certification Preferred

Experience:

• 1+ years experience working directly with children and families with developmental disabilities and behavior problems required

Other Requirements:

• Valid Florida driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test.
• Successfully pass a Level 2 background screening with the State of Florida. To learn more visit:
