Government Affairs Analyst

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Government Affairs Analyst will collaborate with federal stakeholders to analyze and communicate federal legislation and regulations impacting the organization while supporting advocacy efforts and developing policy positions. Key responsibilities Collaborate with Federal Affairs leadership and external stakeholders to advance organizational priorities Track, analyze, and summarize relevant federal legislation and regulations, articulating guidance for business leaders Provide technical support and act as a subject matter expert on federal guidance and newly enacted legislation Required qualifications J.D. strongly preferred; Bachelor's Degree required Minimum of five years of relevant work experience requiring independent judgment and initiative Previous experience in a managed care setting and/or regulatory environment preferred Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid preferred Health care and/or public policy degree strongly preferred
