VIP IT Help Desk Specialist

NJVC

Chenega MIOS is seeking a VIP Help Desk Analyst in Arlington, VA to deliver high-quality IT support to VIP federal personnel, including on-site hardware, software, and network services. You'll manage incidents, document changes in Jira Service Management, and coordinate desk-side support for software and hardware deployments. The role requires strong Windows troubleshooting (Windows 11, M365), experience with VIP staff, and an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr NJVC
