Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to individualize treatment plans that meet the unique needs and goals of clients.

• Communicate regularly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide updates on patient progress, address concerns, and resolve any potential issues that arise during treatment.
\n
• Document clinical progress and treatment efforts in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and regulatory standards.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, assessing and treating emotional and behavioral challenges that clients face, and collaborating with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
\n
• Engage with families and support systems in a meaningful way, facilitating discussions concerning treatment goals, and discharge planning to ensure a supportive transition while maintaining continuity of care.
\n
• Regularly evaluate the efficacy of treatment approaches and make adjustments based on client feedback, treatment responsiveness, and changing circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and experiences. They may include individuals or families dealing with relationship challenges, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, and more. Your expertise will enable you to address complex situations, helping clients to develop coping strategies and healthier relational dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
\n
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or an equivalent accreditation is mandatory.
\n
• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating the ability to effectively engage and treat clients in a therapeutic environment.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records, word processing software, email communication, and spreadsheets.
\n
• The ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner, indicative of a highly organized professional with strong time management skills.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, facilitating strong relationships with clients and teamwork in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and other evidence-based practices.

• Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse clientele, understanding cultural sensitivities and differing perspectives.

• Experience in crisis intervention and handling complex clinical scenarios in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
