Overview

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? West Allis is looking for an operational leader to take our HVAC expansion into multiple branches in the Milwaukee area!

Pay: $60,000 - $90,000 plus bonuses

What YOU will do:

Train, support, coach HVAC team members to provide amazing customer service experiences
Drive service and installation sales teams to exceed budget
Manage HVAC schedule and allocation of resources in day-to-day operations
Participate in selection of HVAC team members
Establish and maintain ethical selling and professional installation practices
Quality control and inspection of HVAC jobs
Handling customer satisfaction requests

What YOU will bring:

Minimum of 5+ years of HVAC Leadership experience
Valid drivers' license
Pass background check and drug test applicable per state law
