Pharmacy Technician Join Trellis Supportive Care in providing unparalleled end-of-life care. Purpose:
Assists the licensed pharmacists in our small, customer service focused pharmacy, in the preparation of prescribed medications for hospice patients and other daily pharmaceutical services. Requirements:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm

Assists the licensed pharmacists in our small, customer service focused pharmacy, in the preparation of prescribed medications for hospice patients and other daily pharmaceutical services. Requirements:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- CPHT required
- Experience with computer order entry and IV preparation experience is strongly preferred
- Order processing
- Preparation for dispensing
- Infusion preparation
- Answering phone calls
- Problem resolution
- Order maintenance & re-stocking
- Medication assessment coverage
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
