Data Analyst

Job Summary
The Data Analyst will support the execution of digital transformation projects by working with various data sources to cleanse, process, validate, analyze, and visualize data. The role will develop business-focused dashboards using Tableau or Power BI, perform statistical analysis, create proof-of-concept models, and provide basic coding support for Microsoft Dynamics applications. The analyst will communicate findings to cross-functional teams and document analytical outcomes.


Key Responsibilities
• Support the execution of digital transformation projects.
• Work with various data sources to cleanse, process, and validate data.
• Develop data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI based on business needs.
• Perform statistical analysis and create proof-of-concept models using data.
• Perform basic coding to support Microsoft Dynamics applications.
• Communicate findings with teams and document analysis and outcomes.


Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
• Strong understanding of data and data analysis concepts.
• Expert-level SQL skills.
• Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of data quality principles and practices.
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with Google BigQuery.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.


Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Machine Learning projects or applications.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics applications through basic coding.
