Warehouse Management Consultant (Manhattan Active) Spinnaker SCA, a Publicis Sapient company, is seeking a Warehouse Management Consultant with expertise in Manhattan Associates to lead client-facing design and implementation efforts as part of our Warehouse Operations & Automation practice. This role bridges the gap between warehouse operations and system functionality—guiding clients through complex WMS deployments that drive performance in retail, ecommerce, and wholesale environments. This role is ideal for supply chain professionals who bring prior warehouse operations experience and deep Manhattan Associates application knowledge—bridging the gap between business needs and system functionality. Location Remote Travel As required by Client Required qualifications Here’s what you need to bring to the table: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required. Equivalent experience includes a proven track record of skills, professional accomplishments, or training related to the role. 3+ years of experience in consulting or industry roles focused on WMS Prior Operations Experience crucial. Direct warehouse operations background, with ability to manage implementations from both the operations and application perspective. Full capability to engage with all WMS functionality at a Super-User level using Manhattan Associates (Active, WMOS, WMi, SCALE, Labor Management) Proven ability to translate requirements expressed by the business into technical/system functionality Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during implementation, including basic SQL-based validation Ability to work on-site directly with the customer project team (primarily on site) during configuration, testing, training, and implementation phases and independently lead smaller to moderately complex WMS deployments Experience managing requirements, documentation, issue tracking, and project status reporting Experience that's a plus You’ll stand out if you also bring experience with: Experience working with WMS integrations, including ERP and 3PL systems Participation in functional testing and validation phases during implementations Experience writing or validating functional and basic technical design documents Exposure to configuration, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare What you’ll actually do Serve as the functional and/or technical SME for Manhattan Associates WMS implementations. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations. P articipate in design workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and client-facing solution reviews. Review and validate integration mapping and interface testing outcomes. Author and maintain functional design documentation; collaborate with technical teams to validate technical design. Facilitate and support functional testing phases (system, UAT, regression). Troubleshoot and resolve WMS issues during implementation and go-live. Support cutover planning, user training, and post-go-live hypercare. Deliver measurable business results through creative problem solving, structured project management, and cross-team collaboration. Additional info Pay Range: $70,000-230,000USD + Bonus The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Spinnaker SCA. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
