What You’ll Do

As a Cook at Dumaine, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen operations, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality and flavor. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and specifications.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
Monitoring food storage and inventory to minimize waste.
Upholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a talented and reliable Cook with the following qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
Commitment to delivering high-quality dishes consistently.
