Entry Level - Sales Representative - NJ

Location: In-person New Brunswick, NJ

Salary: $45,000 ‒ $150,000 per year (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Occasional Saturdays

• Represent Presidential Exteriors in the community as a trusted brand ambassador
• Introduce homeowners to eco-friendly, high-quality home improvement solutions
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
• Learn advanced communication and negotiation techniques through hands-on coaching
• Participate in weekly training camps and leadership development
• Grow into leadership and mentorship roles as you master your craft

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in public speaking and connecting with others
• A positive, goal-oriented mindset and natural drive to succeed
• Openness to learning and growing through coaching and feedback
• An interest in mentoring others as you advance

• Competitive Compensation : Base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.
