As a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you will be supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes. Compensation $32.73 - $47.00/hour Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
