Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Material and Delivery Team.

• Unload incoming materials using a forklift and transport/store them in designated locations.

• Monitor customer delivery orders in real time and prepare shipments according to delivery schedules.

• Load and unload finished-goods racks for customer deliveries using a forklift.

• Monitor raw material, work-in-process, and finished-goods inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Manage material locations and inventory within the warehouse using WMS.

• Maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory control and prevent long-term or aging inventory.

• Monitor material inventory at production lines and supply required materials in a timely manner to support production.

• Verify part numbers and specifications using barcode scanning during material receiving and shipping.

• Record material receipts, shipments, and inventory transactions accurately using barcode and WMS systems.

• Move, store, and stage finished-goods racks using a forklift.

• Verify part numbers, specifications, and quantities to prevent incorrect material supply or shipment.

• Maintain warehouse and material storage areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate a forklift.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to perform material receiving, shipping, and inventory control activities.

• Good communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate and direct team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using MES and WMS systems.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Team Lead or in a similar supervisory role.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry.

• Previous experience in material handling, warehouse operations, inventory control, or customer delivery operations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs (approximately 23 kg) .

• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with forklift operation, material handling, loading, and unloading.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the work area for extended periods as required by the job.
