Manufacturing Technician - Pharmaceutical Operations
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins seeks a Manufacturing Technician to operate and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment. The role involves equipment operation, GMP-compliant documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities supporting production of therapeutic products.
Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, and support advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes
- Generate and maintain GMP-compliant manufacturing documentation including batch records and logbooks
- Perform routine maintenance, operator care, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Collect, analyze, and report operational performance metrics
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for safety, productivity, and compliance
Requirements
- High school diploma or associate's degree with 2+ years regulated manufacturing experience
- OR bachelor's degree in scientific or technical field
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting ability
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 55 pounds and work in manufacturing environments with required PPE
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship
