Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, including diagnostic evaluations and treatment recommendations based on the latest clinical guidelines.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that may include individual therapy for adults, play therapy for children, couple's therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions.

• Continuously monitor client progress by maintaining accurate and detailed clinical documentation, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in clients’ circumstances.

• Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions, ensuring that therapeutic approaches cater to diverse populations, including those affected by adoption and prenatal substance exposure.

• Lead and facilitate parent support groups, creating safe and supportive environments for discussions about parenting challenges and strategies.

The LMFT will work closely with a diverse patient demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families seeking assistance with various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Sunshine Psychological Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust salary, we provide a flexible work schedule, allowing for 30+ hours of work per week tailored to fit your lifestyle.
