About the Role

As the Concierge, youre the first impression and the lasting memory. Youll welcome guests, guide them through their visit, and ensure every moment feels seamless, warm, and elevated. Youll also help keep the studio running smoothly behind the scenes, all while being part of a fun, healthfocused, peoplecentered team.

What Youll Do

Greet guests with warmth and genuine hospitality
Manage checkins, checkouts, and appointment scheduling
Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment
Educate guests on The Frenchies Way and ensure a smooth experience
Promote the Frenchies Polish Pass and encourage enrollment
Provide attentive, proactive service throughout each guests visit
Support the team with daily studio operations

Qualifications

Required:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Exceptional communication skills
Strong multitasking abilities
Professional, friendly, teamoriented attitude

Preferred:
Experience as a receptionist or concierge
