Summary:
A strategic thinker focused solely on spearheading growth initiatives and driving improvements within the organization.
Essential Roles and responsibilities:
- Strategic planning for marketing and customer service.
- Ensuring that strategic initiatives are implemented effectively and consistently across the business.
- Seeking out new relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers, and nurturing existing relationships.
- Keeping a close eye on marketing budgets to limit expenses.
- Responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, and/or marketing preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient with MS Office.
This position is performed in a traditional office environment, with local travel between facilities.
