Human Resources Specialist

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $75,000 to $90,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs and coordinate with external providers to support enrollments, updates, and issue resolution.
• Manage leave administration and employee accommodation processes while maintaining accurate documentation and records.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Support recruiting efforts by assisting with candidate communications, interview scheduling, and hiring related processes.
• Maintain employee records, process HR documentation, and assist with compliance, reporting, and special projects.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and human resources experience.
• 4+ years of HR experience within a professional services or multi office environment.
• Previous experience supporting employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, and leave management functions.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• A professional human resources certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service oriented approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential records.
• Strong organizational and problem solving abilities with the capacity to prioritize competing demands.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while exercising sound judgment and professionalism.
