We're expanding our Midtown Manhattan team and hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to work directly with customers and clients in a face-to-face environment. No previous customer service or sales experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing mentorship. What You'll Do Interact directly with customers and clients in a professional, face-to-face environment. Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer support. Answer questions and explain available programs, services, and next steps. Learn about customer needs and help identify appropriate solutions. Present relevant programs and services as part of the customer experience. Participate in consultative sales conversations and help customers understand available options. Build positive customer relationships through communication and follow-up. Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Work with team members to meet daily and weekly objectives. Participate in paid training, coaching, and professional development. Represent clients and their services in a professional, customer-focused manner.
