The Role
- Enter and process vendor invoices in Deltek Vantagepoint
- Review, code and process staff expense reports
- Match invoices to approvals and supporting documentation
- Maintain vendor records and AP files
- Assist with weekly payment runs
- Respond to vendor and staff queries
- Support the AP Manager with month-end tasks
Your Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in AP, accounting or data entry
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable with Excel
- Deltek Vantagepoint a nice to have
- Organized and able to manage volume and deadlines
