ConciergePay Rate: $18 - 19/HR on W2 Hours: 8-5 or 7:30 - 4:30 Location: New York-555 West 18th St Why is this role open? Coverage for an employee on leave Assignment Duration: 2 months Possible for extension? Possible What You'll Do Day to day tasks:Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, creating a welcoming and professional workplace experienceSupport employees with building access requests, access card issues, and coordination with security and technology teams to resolve access-related inquiries.Receive and distribute deliveries, manage workplace service requests, and provide administrative support to workplace and facilities management teamReset meeting and conference rooms, escorting visitors, receiving deliveries.Support the Marketplace area such as but not limited to, cleaning durables, unloading/loading dishwasher, restacking food and beverage, etc. 65% of the job.Coordinate meeting and event support including room setup, catering order setup & delivery coordination, and post-meeting cleanup to ensure a seamless employee experience.Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.Conduct routine and monthly workplace preventive maintenance inspections, including replenishing first aid supplies, checking AED readiness and inspection logs, auditing mail and package volumes, monitoring workplace inventory levels, and ensuring all employee-facing amenities, safety equipment, and operational areas remain stocked, compliant, and in good working order.Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors. Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner.Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.Has a direct impact on team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.Years of experience: at least 2-3 years Education: at least HS/GED
