This onsite special education opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year, with a start as soon as possible and continuing through late May 2027. You'll work in a supportive environment focusing on Autistic Support classrooms, backed by dedicated PCA support staff to help students thrive.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania teaching certificate
• Previous experience or passion for working with students requiring Autistic Support
• Strong communication and collaborative skills for partnering with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to individualized instruction and evidence-based interventions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver customized lessons and adapt curriculum for students with autism and varying needs
• Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor progress toward goals
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals (PCAs), therapists, families, and administration
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student independence and growth
• Participate in IEP meetings, ongoing professional development, and parent conferences as required
• Uphold compliance with all district and state special education regulations
