You will find yourself in a vibrant, supportive educational setting, actively contributing to student growth from ASAP through May 27, 2027. Each day runs from 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM, offering a predictable schedule that allows you to engage deeply with your students and colleagues.

Desired Qualifications:

• Holds a valid Pennsylvania teaching certificate
• Experience in special education environments, particularly working with students on the autism spectrum
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative mindset—comfortable working with PCAs and other support staff
• Passionate about individualized learning and student advocacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction and interventions in self-contained autistic support classrooms
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Partner with classroom PCAs to manage behavior plans and foster positive, inclusive learning environments
• Track student progress, maintain detailed records, and communicate regularly with families and educational teams
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
