The position is based onsite and runs through the end of May 2027, offering long-term stability within a collaborative educational setting. Enjoy meaningful daily interactions and a consistent schedule, working weekdays from 7:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania teaching certificate is required
• Experience or interest in working with students requiring autistic support
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive classroom environment
• Adaptability and compassion for unique learner needs

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective lesson plans tailored for autistic support students
• Work closely with support staff, including PCAs, to coordinate instruction and behavioral support
• Assess, track, and document student progress using data-driven methods
• Communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary team members
• Create a welcoming, structured classroom that encourages student engagement and growth
