Receiving coordinator

salary: $45,760 - $47,840 per year

Responsibilities

• Verify, Identify, Sort, Count and Track all material in the warehouse.
• Coordinate the workflow of the Receiving clerks
• Coordinate data entry to the Inventory Management System
• Establish policies and procedures at the Door Management Level
• Maintain and assist Management in the recycling of material in the Warehouse
• Performs daily and weekly material warehouse audits ensuring that material is maintained neatly and undamaged throughout the warehouse.
• Verifiy that estimates of the quantity of material delivered are accurate and that information on the job is entered into the Warehouse Management System.
• Audit all system input to ensure accuracy
• Ensure that all materials and documents received in the warehouse are of satisfactory quality
• Maintain daily reporting documentation.
• Assist in developing new policies and procedures.
• Helps train new associates, assists in evaluating staff, and provides coaching as needed.
• Interacts with other departments to provide pertinent warehouse information.
• Assists in overseeing receiving floor operations
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work 5:00 pm - 5:00 am and weekends during high volume periods

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
