Job description:
Engineering lead sprint execution, drive software delivery quality, and manage a team of software engineers across healthcare technology initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical depth with people management and delivery accountability
Bachelor's degree in related field
8+ years of experience in software engineering
Proven experience in software delivery management
Experience managing a team of software engineers
Strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, or comparable modern tech stacks
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
Hands-on experience establishing CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare payer/provider domain experience
Experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS)
Familiarity with AI/ML integration in software delivery
