Compliance Attorney — Healthcare Regulation & Audits

The Associate Attorney, Compliance supports regulatory compliance efforts by advising on applicable healthcare and regulatory laws, assisting with internal audits and investigations, drafting compliance-related policies, and collaborating with operational teams to mitigate legal and regulatory risk. Additionally, this role will collaborate with outside counsel in support of active and/or potential litigation. Responsibilities Assists with active and potential litigation Support internal auditing functions Assist with diligence new acquisitions Collaborate with team on compliance Risk assessment and management Other duties as needed Requirements Actively licensed attorney in one of our service states (AR, MS, LA, SC) and/or corp state (TX) preferred. 3-5+ yrs of relevant legal experience in compliance, regulatory, healthcare, corporate, employment, or government practice (law firm or in-house) Experience supporting compliance programs, audits, or investigations preferred Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, financial services, insurance, government contracting) strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr A First Name Basis Home Care
