We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist on behalf of our clients, for a patient-focused practice committed to delivering high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Hygienists play a key role in the practice and are encouraged to practice to the full scope of their license, while building meaningful relationships with patients and contributing to overall treatment planning and oral health education.

This is an opportunity for a F ull time Dental Hygienist  working a Flexible Schedule, 3-4 Days/ Week. Monday-Thursday: 8AM-5PM Friday:8AM-1PM . The Compensation Structure is based on expierence and starts at $84,000+ annually.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, scaling and root planing, laser therapy and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct patient assessments including medical history review, periodontal charting, and oral health screenings
• Take diagnostic radiographs as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
• Identify areas of concern and communicate findings to the dentist
• Support treatment acceptance through patient education and communication
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license (or eligibility)
• Local anesthesia certification (preferred if applicable)
• Laser Therapy certification (we will train and support you to get it)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong patient communication and education skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
